Nestlé factory gets permission for kites to scare off gulls |
Nestlé Purina has been given planning permission to fly the deterrent measures over its factory in Wisbech.
It comes despite objections from a neighbour, who said the devices on the building on Cromwell Road would just shift the problem elsewhere.
