Go-ahead to demolish 'uninhabitable' house to make way for new build

West Norfolk Council has agreed plans to demolish the 1940s property at South Wootton, on the outskirts of King's Lynn.

A two-storey, four-bed property can then be built on the site on Sandy Lane.
