Battle over woodland heats up as owner tries to overturn tree protection order
London-based estate agent Andreas Panteli has launched a bid to overturn the tree preservation order made by West Norfolk Council over the six acres of woods he bought last year on the outskirts of King's Lynn.
The authority's planning committee is now set to discuss whether the order should be lifted after receiving 61 objections.
A report to councillors says: "Although they were all submitted by different individuals, the objections were all substantively identical in content, differing only in the identity of the signatories."........
