Police in Great Yarmouth said officers spotted the vehicle travelling at speed in a built-up area, but it failed to stop when they put their lights on.
The speeding vehicle then smashed into a stationary car and damaged three other vehicles in Rodney Road, before the driver and passenger bolted.
The incident occurred in the early hours of Saturday morning, shortly after midnight.........
