Louis Berks, 53, argued with staff on the way in to Norwich Magistrates' Court when he arrived for the hearing on Friday.

He was advised to calm down outside before finally agreeing to the usual protocol of being searched upon entering.

Had he not been able to attend, magistrates said a warrant for his arrest would have been issued.
