Walid Saadaoui, who once owned The Albatross restaurant in Regent Street, was found guilty at Preston Crown Court of the plot, which police chiefs said could have been Britain’s deadliest terrorist incident.
The 38-year-old moved to Wigan with his family in 2023 after selling the restaurant.
