Rascal is a six-year-old black Labrador currently at FAITH Animal Rescue Centre.
He is described as "a big lad, classic old school labrador that's clearly been to the gym and works out".
A spokeswoman for the charity added: "He can't live with cats as they would be WAY too much fun to terrorise."
