In total, 66 lots were sold to raise over £13 million. These included commercial lots, parcels of land and residential properties.
The auction got off to a spectacular start with Lot 1, a residential park home with outbuildings set in nearly nine acres on the Norfolk Broads. Clover Hill Farm attracted unprecedented interest, with over 100 registered bidders, the highest number the auction house has ever seen on a single lot.
Starting with a guide of £150,000, the lot exceeded all expectations, selling for £550,000.
