Hunt's Smokehouse, based near Shipdham, currently produces around five tonnes of smoked salmon each week.

But that figure is set to quadruple to around 20 tonnes thanks to a business growth grant from Breckland Council.

Managing director Thomas Hunt and his son, Harry, built the smokehouse on a "shoestring budget" two-and-a-half years ago, buying most of the factory's equipment second-hand.

It took them six months to build the site, which opened in June 2023.........
