Sale of Norfolk gas plant and 11 offshore fields collapses |
The oil and gas companies had agreed to sell Shell's section of the north Norfolk gas-processing facility and 11 gas fields to Viaro in 2024.
But commercial and market conditions evolved and conditions required to complete the deal were not met, Shell said in a statement on Wednesday.
