Michelin star hotel and restaurant to undergo renovation backed by new investor

Morston Hall, near Holt, will renovate its 13 individually styled guest rooms across its main building dating back to the 1600s and recently added garden suites following a financial injection from hotel investor Henry Elworthy.

Morston Hall's founder Galton Blackiston - who established the hotel and restaurant with wife Tracy in 1992 - will continue as executive chef, with the eight-strong kitchen team remaining unchanged.
