When you were growing up, some well-meaning adult probably told you bullies are just insecure. Studies suggest that’s actually not accurate, but it certainly seems true of Bully-in-Chief Donald Trump.
The president is furious at the Supreme Court for striking down his tariffs policy earlier this year. Of late, he has been increasingly lashing out at the justices over birthright citizenship (a totally illogical complaint as they have yet to make a ruling on the case).
But during a Sunday-night Truth Social tirade, Trump suggested he’s more hurt than mad. He put Neil Gorsuch and Amy Coney Barrett on the Supreme Court, so why won’t they be friends with him (i.e., show complete loyalty by always ruling in his favor)? The president shared a 545-word post that read as though he’d accidentally posted his latest diary entry to Truth Social.
