At least 27 Palestinians were killed after Israeli soldiers opened fire near an aid distribution hub in Rafah, according to the Ministry of Health in Gaza. It was the third such incident around the Rafah hub in as many days. What we are witnessing in Gaza is not merely a humanitarian crisis or a logistical misstep. It is a man-made catastrophe.
