Virginia And the Democrat Democracy Machine

Only by hiding the cheating can cheating succeed. A thorough audit can expose cheating. Is that why so many officials are opposed to audits of our elections?

While US Presidential elections are subject to decision by the Electoral College which is structured to balance the effect on elections of urban concentrations to ensure that rural areas are fairly represented, there is no such protection within states. The recent Virginia election is a classic example of what is known as the "tyranny of the majority".

This long-recognized problem exists where a concentrated population such as a city can dominate elections and end up dictating to a large distributed population of voters with vastly different concerns and issues. This problem is one of the major reasons our founders chose a representative form of government over a direct democracy.

If the election results stand, the populous eastern cities of Virginia will rule over the western three-quarters of the state. The predominately Republican western counties will find themselves subject to Democrat representatives who do not share their values and who have little or no understanding of the issues and concerns of those western counties. A population of nearly half the total population of Virginia will be represented by alien interests while their own voices are silenced.
