Bell: When will Notley split from Trudeau?

Well, well, well.

Doesn’t surprise. Sickens, but doesn’t surprise.

Premier Notley and Saskatchewan head honcho Scott Moe write Trudeau and tell him they want the oil crisis on the agenda when the premiers and the PM meet Friday.

Naturally, after the asking, there is still no mention of oil included in the agenda.

Trudeau’s office is reported to have said oil is on the agenda as part of a bigger chinwag about the usual blah, blah, blah.

What bull.

When pressed later, Trudeau says he’s willing to talk about anything.

Of course, the agenda has Trudeau’s cronies doing most of the talking, preaching their gospel to the great unwashed.

Guess this is what Trudeau meant when he blathered on about feeling our pain in Calgary while protesters gathered outside.

This story does not get better and you have to wonder.

When is Notley finally going to stand up to Trudeau, in deeds as well as words?

Earlier this week, Notley sounded stronger than usual saying the Trudeau government needed to toss their half-hearted statements away.
