Bell: No new drug sites in Calgary, Chumir drug site most likely closing this spring

Rick Wilson, Premier Danielle Smith’s point man on mental health and addiction, will roll out his plans going forward now that the drug consumption site at Calgary’s Sheldon Chumir Health Centre is set to be closed.

In the spring.

Psst … the smart money says when the snow leaves and spring, the season of rebirth, arrives the plug will be pulled on the drug site at the Chumir.

The question even Calgary Mayor Jeromy Farkas asked.
