With this being my final Bucks Free Press column before Christmas, I want to begin by wishing everyone across Beaconsfield, Marlow and the South Bucks villages a very merry Christmas, writes the Conservative MP for Beaconsfield Joy Morrissey.

There is so much happening across our towns and villages at this time of year, and it has been a joy to see so many wonderful community events taking place.

Many of you will also be aware of the recent decision on the Marlow Film Studio proposal. Like residents, I was dismayed to learn that permission has been granted for such a large-scale development on protected Green Belt land. Local people, community groups and Buckinghamshire Council had all voiced clear........
