IMCO buying 25% stake in transportation asset leasing platform, CPP Investments allocating $2.4 billion to AI infrastructure plan
The Investment Management Corp. of Ontario is acquiring a 25 per cent interest stake in transportation equipment firm TIP Group.
The company operates a fleet of nearly 90,000 trailers, trucks and specialized equipment with more than 130 service locations in 17 countries. The financial details of the transaction weren’t disclosed to the public.
