Democrats in Fountain Hills hung a Christmas wreath in the town’s community center. At its center: a suspended severed head of Donald Trump.It seems members of the Fountain Hills Democratic Club were offended when their Republican counterparts put up a tree, festooned with Trump flags, in the community center.
“The Republican Club put up a Trump tree and they are allowed because of the First Amendment. Well, Democrats have those same rights, so we added some free speech to our Wreath,” the Democratic group said on Friday on its Facebook page.
The group even included pictures of its wreath.
Written across the rubber mask of Trump’s face were various charges lodged against the incoming president, including “fraud,” “sexual assault” and “conspiracy to steal the 2020 election.”
Democrats hung the disturbing Trump “ornament” on their wreath after unsuccessfully appealing to the town to remove the Trump tree.
