On the other hand, the hatred and contempt against Israel is increasing. The evidence that international support for terrorist Israel is decreasing day by day is that the member states of the European Union are recognizing the Palestinian state one by one.
Western power Sweden recognized Palestine as an independent state last month. Before Sweden, the European Union states Bulgaria, Cyprus, Hungary, Poland, Czech Republic, Malta, and Romania have recognized Palestine. Ireland is ready to recognize Palestine.
More than 133 countries have recognized Palestine as an independent state so far. However, Sweden is the first Western European member state to recognize Palestine as an independent state.
Israeli officials could not accept Sweden’s recognition of Palestine. They opposed this recognition. Israel’s Foreign Minister Avimdor Lieberman expressed anger at Sweden’s recognition of the Palestinian state, saying that Sweden’s new prime minister hastily made a statement recognizing Palestine.
In the 1960s, the then Prime Minister of Sweden, Ulof Palmy, took an anti-colonial stance in his foreign policy. In this regard, they adopted the policy of supporting the United Nations Palestine. The fate of the Palestinians should not depend solely on the adoption of resolutions due to the Arab-Israeli conflict. This is the opinion of Sweden. Hence, Sweden became one of the first Western countries to recognize the Palestinians.

Stan Anderson, Social Democrat leader, brought Palestine Liberation Organization (PLO) chairperson Yasser Arafat to Sweden in late 1988 and described him as the Palestinian head of state.
Social Democrats, like Sweden’s new prime minister, are more sympathetic to the Palestinians. Israel, the enemy of humanity, carried out the Najaf massacre under the so-called ‘Operation Protective Adore’, killing 2,100 Palestinians, seriously injuring, and maiming thousands of Palestinian citizens.
The entire Gaza Strip is now a rubble. After turning Gaza into ruins and creating an unprecedented humanitarian disaster in history, there have been protests in many Western countries, including the United States and the United Kingdom, against the war criminal arrogance of the Jewish terrorist Israelis.

Lately, an international conference was held in Cairo, the capital of Egypt, to raise financial funds for the reconstruction of the war-torn Gaza. Foreign ministers of 30 countries including US Secretary of State John Kerry participated in the conference.
In addition to the United States, diplomats from the Middle East and the European Union participated in the Gaza reconstruction conference. Kuwait has pledged $1 billion and the United States $212 million for the reconstruction of Gaza.
The Hamas-Fatah unity government has begun its work with the initiative to rebuild Gaza. The unity government’s cabinet meeting was held for the first time in war-torn Gaza. Israel did not object to the meeting. The Palestinian Prime Minister from the West Bank and others arrived in Gaza. This is also a progress.
